Christmas Fayre 2010

Despite the horrible wintry weather there was a good turnout at the Christmas Fayre on Sunday.

Lots of children got to see Father Christmas in his Grotto.

Approximately £220 was made by the Fayre, which will go towards village hall maintenance. We'd like to say a big 'thank you' to everyone who helped run the Fayre and to everyone who donated prizes and goodies - we couldn't do it without you!

Huttons Ambo 2010 Christmas Fayre

Father Christmas comes to Huttons Ambo again for the 2010 Christmas Fayre, on Sunday 12th December 2010 from 2pm to 4pm.

Children can visit Father Christmas in his grotto...

 ...and for the grown-ups there will be gift stalls, cake stalls, refreshments (mince pies and mulled wine) and a bumper raffle with two Christmas Hampers.



And of course the famous bottle game.

Because of some technical problems with hosting the village website, I've temporarily converted it into a blog. If it works out then we might keep it this way.

Past Produce Show Schedules

The Produce Show has been held continuously since 1955 and in that time the schedules have changed to reflect gardening and produce tastes and design tastes as well. Here are two old schedules, from 1955 and 1982 for you to compare. We hope to post more old schedules as time permits.
