Booking the Hall
The booking day nominally runs from 8am until 11pm.
In calculating booking charges standard booking period units of one hour are used. Bookings involving any periods of less than one hour will be rounded up to the nearest whole hour.
The standard Hiring Agreement and Terms & Conditions of Hire are available on request.

About the Village Hall
Completely refurbished in 2017, Huttons Ambo Village Hall is a bright, modern, clean venue with comprehensive audiovisual and projection facilities, well equipped kitchen and. The Hall has ramp access for disabled users.
Parking
The Hall does not have a car park. Parking in the lane directly in front of the Hall is limited to six vehicles. There is ample space for on-the-road parking 50 metres away in Low Hutton.
Facilities
The Main Hall has ample space for events and has audiovisual and projection facilities, hearing loop and a free wi-fi broadband connection.
The Main Hall connects to a smaller room which serves as the entrance lobby to the Hall. This may be used for small meetings or can be used in conjunction with the Main Hall as a space in which to serve food and refreshments.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a food preparation area and sink and a separate crockery/utensil washing area, modern induction hob cooker, two refridgerators, freezer, dishwasher and serving hatch.
