For the last 20 years or so, Jim Monks has been recording local weather - rainfall, temperature, etc for the Met Office and has reported his results in the Howardian Magazine from time to time.
Now however, he feels he would like to step back from this and has asked if anyone would like to take over as Met Office recorder for Huttons Ambo.
