Huttons Ambo Youth Club – Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Huttons Ambo Youth Club will be held:- When: Mon 28th January, 7pm - 8pm
- Where: Huttons Ambo Village Hall
Members of the community, parents / carers of those who attend the Youth Club, and those interested in being involved in the Committee are welcome to attend. Young people with an interest in shaping the Youth Club would be particularly welcome.
The meeting will include:
- appointment of members of the Committee (including Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary)
- review / adoption of the Club’s Constitution and Policies
- review of finances
NB – no AGM was held during 2018 as previous Committee Members had stepped down and no new committee had been formed.
