Youth Club News

The Youth Club would welcome volunteers for the management committee.
Youth club is on a Friday at the Village Hall from 7.00- 8.30 pm unless you are at secondary school and then its 9pm.

If you would be willing to volunteer in supporting sessions or on the management committee please get in touch with Denise and she will pass your details on to Chris Geeson the Youth Club Lead Worker.

Produce Show

Date for 2018 –Saturday August 4th.
The committee are meeting on February 6th at 7.30 in the village hall and would welcome suggestions for categories or new ideas.

Next meeting 31st January at 11am at Jackie’s (White Cottage)
Book chosen is “When Breath becomes Air” by Paul Kalanithi. This book is a New York Times best seller.
February  28th Meeting a Jo’s at 11am. Book details to follow.

Crafting at Kemps

Kemps regularly donate prizes to benefit the villiage show and the village hall via quiz nights .
They are running a Spring Crafting Programme  and have places available for the following  :

Beaded Jewellry     January 31st

Writing workshop - Faithfully and Sincerely     March 7th

Writing Workshop – Strange and Wonderful - exploring the haiku     March 31st
