NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING



A   Meeting   of   Huttons Ambo   Parish   Council
will take  place  in  the  Village  Hall
on Tuesday,  30th January 2018 at 7.30.

Local residents are invited to attend all Parish Council Meetings.
Copies of the (unadopted) Minutes of Meetings will be posted on the Parish Notice Boards and the Village Website.

Huttons Ambo Village Hall – available for private functions and meetings

The Village Hall is now wi-fi enabled thanks to Beeline Broadband and we also have PA, projector, screen, hearing loop, basic staging as well as a clean and cosy environment.

The hall is cleaned weekly to make sure that it is kept in good condition.

Residents and village groups get a discount on rental and all we ask in return is that everyone leaves the hall in the state they would like to find it.

If you are looking for a venue for a party, a club, a meeting or social – please get in touch. Full details are below.

Please make use of our wonderful hall to make sure we can cover our running costs going forward.

Youth Club News

The Youth Club would welcome volunteers for the management committee.
Youth club is on a Friday at the Village Hall from 7.00- 8.30 pm unless you are at secondary school and then its 9pm.

If you would be willing to volunteer in supporting sessions or on the management committee please get in touch with Denise and she will pass your details on to Chris Geeson the Youth Club Lead Worker.

Produce Show

Date for 2018 –Saturday August 4th.
The committee are meeting on February 6th at 7.30 in the village hall and would welcome suggestions for categories or new ideas.

Crafting at Kemps

Kemps regularly donate prizes to benefit the villiage show and the village hall via quiz nights .
They are running a Spring Crafting Programme  and have places available for the following  :
